Great people! My entire system was down for the last 24 hours, and the guys at Mike Douglas plumbings fixed it in less than 30mins. They went out of their way to ensure everything was in working order and even cleaned my floors before leaving. Each plumber who came into my home was kind, respectful, and caring. I definitely would recommend these guys. They're awesome!

I had Mike Douglas reline my sewer pipes, I’m so glad I did. The teams that came over to my house were professional and very knowledgeable. I called Frankie the sales manager to schedule my service which took 3 days. Everything was like clockwork. Nick and Brendan were awesome, all the crews were the best. "Fast Service!"

When our water heater began to leak at 8:30 in the morning, we called 3 other plumbers. We never actually spoke with anyone in an office so we were never able to confirm an appointment. We called Mike Douglass & immediately was told that someone would arrive sometime that afternoon & we would receive a call when he was on his way. Kevin arrived shortly after 2 PM & had the replacement installed in short order. Everything from scheduling to the actual work was done in a prompt, professional & courteous manner & we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike Douglass Plumbing to anyone.

I have used Mike Douglas Plumbing in the past. They are exceptionally available 24x7. I had them come out this week to check what I thought was possibly a failing water heater. He checked the water heater made necessary adjustments and explained several things concerning the water heater. The service gentleman was so pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I will never use anyone else for plumbing needs!

He diagnosed the situation with his technology which was first-rate. He had his crew out for the repair right away. The employees are courteous, professional and always on time. I can't say enough nice things about today's service experience. I called shortly after 8 am and my water heater was replaced by 12:30 pm. Cindy was pleasant and professional on the phone and Nick was awesome doing the work on-site. Very pleased with the service. Would definitely use again and would recommend highly.

I have been using Mike Douglass plumbing for about 8 years, they have done water heaters, stopped up drains, new sinks, and other items. I think they have fair prices and fast service plus the most important thing is they stand behind their work. Nobody is perfect and when I had one minor problem they came right out to fix it.
